First mine had to be replaced because it didn't have the car color change program included. However it did take a little time to get used to it but now i really like it. You just have to remember two clicks clockwise to get into Drive and two clicks counter clockwise to get into Reverse. One click puts you in Neutral . Push down to get into Park. It came in handy for me as i had fracktured my shoulder and couldn't reach the screen to shift. I do recommend it.

It takes some getting used to. It does shift like it supposed to do. However I am unable to change the color of the car like it shows in the advertisement.
