Cause 1: The adapter harness is not properly connected.
Solution: Reconnect and reseat the connectors.
Cause 2: The main unit plug was disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes.
Solution: Reconnect the wiring harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep the phone and remote key more than 20 meters away from the car, and check if the screen can light up after 2 hours.
Cause: Not connected to the correct host Bluetooth.
Solution: Reinitiate a search and connect to the correct Bluetooth device.
Cause: Air conditioning interface is in the closed state.
Solution: Click to open the air conditioning and adjust the fan speed.
Cause: Bluetooth connection may not be established.
Solution: Connect to BT966 on the main unit and then restart the original car's host system.
Cause: Bluetooth only outputs sound through the original car's audio system.
Solution: Microphone functionality is compatible with third-party application software for audio output.
Solution: You must upgrade the software.
Follow these instructions to upgrade the software
- Turn on the machine first.
- Format the USB to fat32, then copy the decompressed file to the
USB and plug it into the machine.The machine will
automatically upgrade after recognizing the software. - The machine cannot be powered off during the
upgrade process. After the upgrade is successful,
the machine will automatically restart and enter the main interface. The upgrade process takes
about 5 minutes.

I watched the instructional video and was able to install it without a problem. The system looks OEM. The quality and craftsmanship are surprisingly top-notch.
It was easy to install I was able to run the seat cable with ease. Simple to use hotspot on my phone. Connects blue tooth and gas a built in speaker if you do not want to use car speakers plus you can use Bluetooth headphones for your little ones. Super simple. Plenty of apps.

This was an awesome purchase for the price! Just about a 20-minute install and it looks great. I bought this mainly to allow rear passengers to control their own heated seats and mission accomplished. I gave 4 stars for two reasons. First, if you adjust the temperature through the device what you see are converted degrees Centigrade numbers rather than even Fahrenheit degrees. Thus, you don't see 70 but rather 69.8 (for 21C) or 71.6 (for 22C). Second, there is no way to rearrange the icons or pages. I added some apps that I would like to have up front before the Settings icons, etc. However, there is no way to move them. Besides those two things, I am very happy with the device and would recommend it.
Overall, for the price, the unit provides great access to some controls unavailable to rear seat passengers as well as entertainment options. For U.S. users setting temperature, what you will see are temperatures converted from degrees centigrade. Therefore rather than seeing temps shows as 70, 71, 72, you will see 69.8, 71.6, the converted centigrade temps. It would be nice as you add applications to the interface, to be able to rearrange the icons on the screens to your liking. Note for entertainment and Apple CarPlay options, you need to be connected to a hotspot.
