Common Troubleshooting Guide

Reason

  • The adapter harness is not properly connected
  • Main unit plug is not reconnected within 5 minutes after unplugging

Solution

  • Re-plug the connector
  • Connect the wiring harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep your phone and remote key within a distance of more than 20 meters from the car, and check if the screen can be turned on after 2 hours

Reason

  • Not connected to the corresponding host Bluetooth

Solution

  • Re-search and connect to the correct Bluetooth

Reason

  • Need to enter the massage mode through the original car steering wheel button

Solution

  • To activate the massage mode, long press the left side of the steering wheel button for 5 seconds. To turn it off, long press the left side of the steering wheel button again for 5 seconds.

Reason

  • The original car does not come with lumbar support

Solution

  • Please confirm if the original car has a lumbar support
  • The air vents for the rear air conditioning can be adjusted horizontally using the controls located below the screen, but they cannot be adjusted vertically.
  • Retain the use of the original car's USB

Excellent product!

Easy to install and great experience over all. Plenty of videos on YouTube explaining best practices to assist your install. Instructions are included with the product but it's great to have different perspectives. Highly recommend the product.

Works well

A little more involved installing then I thought it would be but I did install it. Works as described and my daughter and grandkids love it. The only negative I can say is, shipping took awhile.

Makes my car feel like model x inside

The item is great, the install is moderate depending on your skill. Picture quality is great but it needs a day night mode as well as options for more popular apps like Hulu or Disney+ . But Netflix and YouTube work great.. wish the air vent went up and down as well as side to side though the airflow is great it is quite low toward knee area. The ability to change rear air temp separate from front or other rear side is a great feature as well .. my kids love it in my model y they just want more available apps
