Tesla's Model 3 received a 9.8/10 grade from Green NCAP (New Car Assessment Program). NCAP is an independent organization that supports the development of clean, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly vehicles, in an evaluation that measures its overall emissions and energy consumption.

Green NCAP stated in its analysis that the Tesla Model 3, despite its relatively large mass, usually for electric vehicles, exhibits very low energy consumption numbers. It proves that it has been developed with a specific focus on efficiency and driving range.

NCAP asserted: "The Tesla receives a remarkable Weighted Overall Index of 9.8 out of 10 and a well-deserved 5 Green stars. It is due to the absence of high energy efficiency, polluting exhaust gas emissions, and very low greenhouse gas emissions of European average electricity production."

It's soothing to know that one of the most well-known, performance-focused electric sedans is also the most effective and environmentally friendly like Tesla Model 3.

The latest focus on the Model 3 confirms previous reports that Tesla has a flair for making its vehicles more efficient than those of its competitors.

Green NCAP testing showed that, with scores of 9.4 out of 10, the Renault and NIO vehicles weren't far behind the Tesla Model 3.

NIO is a fresh vehicle with two motors and an impressive 100 kWh battery. The energy consumption in NIO is 72% diminished like the Tesla model 3.

Renault has a big interior with a single motor and a 60 kWh battery. The vehicle's consumption rose 78% throughout the normal test, and with a measured value of 30 kWh/100 km, it falls in the middle of the other two tested cars.
