This power sunshade is very OEM looking. Fits great. Controls are simple and functional. It does make the temperature more comfortable when entering the car as the glass roof is like a hot plate hovering over your head at times. It took about 40 minutes to install for a 1st timer. Very plug and play. It is everything we wished that Tesla would include from factory.

Works good/looks good in the car and help the car A/C work more efficiently
The factory glass roof does let in too much heat during hot summer days. I heard adding tint film may have caused some roof glass to crack. I decided to install the two piece mesh shades. Those helped but you lose the ability to see out of the roof glass at night.
I decided to remove the mesh shades and ordered the electric sunshade. Shipping time wasn't too bad from Southern California.
I installed the sunshade myself. Total time with unboxing, install and cleanup was 30 minutes. It will go faster next time when I install one on a friend's Y.
The electric sunshade is excellent. It opens and closes smoothly and quietly. It matches pretty well and looks factory.
I watched some install videos that required you to plug the power cable into the rear cigarette lighter plug. Mine came with the wire harness splitter, so all of the wiring remains hidden behind the plastic panel.
