Got the yoke in about a week after order. The product came with all the parts. Was able to also find a good youtube video with the install done by tes studio in CA. I took it to my local tesla 3rd party installer (Austin Auto Finishes) and they did the install in about 1 hr. The product looks great and feels very ergonomical. I test drove the X with a yoke and so I knew how comfortable the yoke was and decided to put it on my 3. I am not disappointed. Also I feel that the steering can be controlled more precisely since its wider than steering wheel. I am very pleased with the upgrade and hansshow for the great product. I would only recommend the stitching at the top of the yoke to be glued or waxed down. Mine has a very little fraying but I was able to snip off the excess. Highly recommend.
