Model 3/Y Soft Close Door

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It has not been 1 year and both back doors got stuck and I cannot open the doors now. I tried reaching customer service, they gave number to contact via whatsup send the video. I sent but no response.

Pretty easy to install the actual components, is the disassembly and reassembly that take the time

So far it works well, complete “plug & play”

You can hear it operate, but coming from a BMW with soft close, there is not much difference in noise

Ware ist top und funktioniert auch ohne Beanstandung. Ein Stern Abzug für die grottige Beschreibung. Ware genau so gut wie Konkurrenz :)

The V5 soft-close door lock has been vastly improved since V4 and lower. Installation has been simplified to truly "plug n play". Simply uninstall the OEM lock and replace it with the V5 soft-close door lock and it's done.
The soft closing mechanism has also been improved from the older version.

The product works great. Not very easy to install, had some problems with the window lift after, but the product is nice and works like it should.
