Model Y soft close door

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It has not been 1 year and both back doors got stuck and I cannot open the doors now. I tried reaching customer service, they gave number to contact via whatsup send the video. I sent but no response.

Tesla Model Y - Soft Close

Pretty easy to install the actual components, is the disassembly and reassembly that take the time

So far it works well, complete “plug & play”

You can hear it operate, but coming from a BMW with soft close, there is not much difference in noise
