Common Troubleshooting Guide
(1) It may be that the power supply fuse is burned out, replace the fuse
(2) Other factors cause the microprocessor to work abnormally, try restarting the key
(3) The host plug was not plugged back within 5 minutes after being unplugged. Connect the wiring harness first, lock the car for two hours, keep the mobile phone and remote control key more than 20 meters away from the car, and then check whether the screen is lit after 2 hours.
(4) The host and screen plugs are not tightly plugged in. Reconnect the host plug.
The power protocol cable is blocked. Re-plug the cable to check the wire interface.
It is not connected in the correct way or the screen software version is too old. Reconnect Bluetooth or ask customer service for a software upgrade package to upgrade the software.
The system signal is out of sync. Unplug the power cord and reconnect it.
Cause of signal interference.
(1) 1. Set the default call path to the original car Bluetooth or external speaker.
(2) When using carplay, if you want to route calls by car or speakers by default, you need to go to iPhone Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Call Audio Routing>Set as Bluetooth Headset, then default to any Bluetooth device, in this case , the choice is Tesla. Or set it to Speaker, which will default to iPhone Speaker instead of carplay.
The setting is wrong. Check whether auto is selected in the settings instead of speaker.
