Cause 1: Improperly connected adapter harness
Solution: Reinsert and secure the plug.

Cause 2: Main unit plug disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes
Solution: Reconnect the harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep your phone and remote key more than 20 meters away from the car, and check if the screen can light up after 2 hours.

Cause: Not connected to the correct main unit Bluetooth


Solution: Re-search and connect to the correct Bluetooth device.

Cause: Seat harness not connected


Solution: Reconnect the harness.

Cause: Air conditioning interface in the closed state


Solution: Click to open the air conditioning and adjust the fan speed.

Cause: Bluetooth may not be connected


Solution: Reconnect Bluetooth on the main unit, then restart the original car's head unit.

Cause: Child lock is activated


Solution: In the upper right corner of the screen, slide to hide SOD and disable the child lock.

Cause: USB drive inserted into the wrong port


Solution: The left port is for data reading, and the right port is for fast charging.

Cause: Incorrect method


Solution: Refer to the correct method for turning on the screen.

I definitely recommend this screen that was sent to me by Haanshow. The screen is nice sized and great use for my child in the back seat for entertainment. I use the massage seat options the most while she uses the streaming . The air outlets are great and blows the air as normal without issue . It’s a nice upgrade . Make sure to follow the directions on the video

Defective Unit

Installed unit and kept my AC running all night . Even main car AC switch could not turn off ac. Only turned off when unit unplugged. Company has been difficult to deal with. Changing stories about replacement units would be sent then it would not be sent unless I sent old unit back first. Now I am resorting to opening a dispute with My credit card company. Avoid. If company make it right and make the refund right away . I will update .

Great screen! (Please fix Bluetooth issues ;-)

Install was easy and unit looks great! All core functionality works perfectly. Lots of great apps that work well... hopefully Netflix will fix their app soon! Have not been able to connect a Bluetooth headset to the screen as mentioned in the audio features, and when connecting to the car's audio I can still hear the unit's built-in speaker... once these issues are resolved this screen will be perfect!!

Peu, voir aucun, renseignements concernant la configuration du produit.
Pas de réponses à la rubrique "Poser une questions"
Mise à jour nécessaire pour mise à niveau de l'heure.
Câbles vers sièges trop court, difficilement raccordables (c'est ce qui m'a pris le plus de temps)... juste le siège passagé
Attention en passant commande 2019-2023 sélectionné, commande notée avec ancien modèle, produit initiale commandé reçu, à contrario j'ai du passer commande (pour rien (25 usd) d'un nouveau Harnais car impossible de savoir le produit expédié était bien conforme à mon choix initial.
Malgré la qualité du produit, la rapidité de livraison, je ne pense pas passer de nouvelles commandes.
