Cause 1: Improperly connected adapter harness
Solution: Reinsert and secure the plug.

Cause 2: Main unit plug disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes
Solution: Reconnect the harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep your phone and remote key more than 20 meters away from the car, and check if the screen can light up after 2 hours.

Cause: Not connected to the correct main unit Bluetooth


Solution: Re-search and connect to the correct Bluetooth device.

Cause: Seat harness not connected


Solution: Reconnect the harness.

Cause: Air conditioning interface in the closed state


Solution: Click to open the air conditioning and adjust the fan speed.

Cause: Bluetooth may not be connected


Solution: Reconnect Bluetooth on the main unit, then restart the original car's head unit.

Cause: Child lock is activated


Solution: In the upper right corner of the screen, slide to hide SOD and disable the child lock.

Cause: USB drive inserted into the wrong port


Solution: The left port is for data reading, and the right port is for fast charging.
