I ordered the screen but inadvertently clicked 2019 model Y when I meant to order a 2022 model Y screen. I emailed Hansshow and they sent me the correct harness. Installation was easy. The Netflix wasn’t working so I emailed them and they sent me the firmware update and directions, which downloaded with no issue. Customer service has been excellent, as they typically responded to my emails within the hour, no later than a day.

Very happy with the screen.

I was shocked when I installed this Beautiful unit. It was exactly what I've wanted for years. It works flawlessly. So far I haven't found anything wrong. It's a very nice unit, and it was simple to install. Only took about 20 minutes. I very much recommend this display. There's only one request that I keep asking. It would be so nice if it had a microphone so that you could use Google. I think that would make the display perfect.
